Repair and Regenerate each cell, tissue, and organ in his body. Give him Relief from pain and the symptoms it’s having on his body. Allow him increased comprehension and Responsiveness. All praise to the God and Father of our Master, Jesus the Messiah! Father of all mercy! God of all healing counsel! He comes alongside us when we go through hard times, and before you know it, he brings us alongside someone else who is going through hard times so that we can be there for that person just as God was there for us. We have plenty of hard times that come from following the Messiah, but no more so than the good times of his healing comfort—we get a full measure of that, too.

Thank you Lord, for holding Seth and all who are suffering in your heart and hands; for these soul-wrenching experiences that are bringing us to know Thy goodness in deeper ways.
Thank you for blessing us with strength and courage, with trust in Thy wisdom and timing. Help us see the ever present miracles in each moment and to feel lifted and buoyed up by that awareness.
Thank you for the great blessings of community, connection and greater awareness of the suffering around us this challenge has brought! For the blessing to know the worth of each soul and to better serve one another because of this experience! Thank you for Thy suffering, for we know Thou descended below all things in order that we might be lifted by Thee! Thank you for tutoring us in Thy ways. Thank you for Seth’s family and their inspiring example of faith and trust in Thee, and for the far-reaching testimony of Jesus Christ’s healing power this is giving to the world.
Wilt thou continue to bless, lift and comfort Seth’s family, and heal Seth’s body and mind, we humbly plead, in the holy name of Jesus Christ, Amen. -

As one of Seth’s grandfathers and Ellis’s only grandfather, I smile with pleasure when I hear the expressions of love and trust in Jesus for my grandson’s healing that are stated by their family and friends all over the world. The Holy Spirit’s work is plainly evident in the faith that is apparent in the many posted thoughts and prayers and hymns that are on display for all to read and inwardly digest. I am proud of the Meyer, Charvat, Treece and Israel families for the example that they give to all of us of their faith that in Jesus we have hope now and in the future. And for those familiar with “World Watch”, whatever the news the purpose of the Lord will stand. We know that God’s purpose is that we all be forgiven and have life with Him eternally. We and I also pray that our Triune God would have in His time and purpose to heal Seth and Ellis and that a miracle and/or eucatastrophe would soon occur.

May their hands be guided by You, and may they work with precision and care. Bless them with strength and endurance as they serve tirelessly.
James 1:5

Darcy and Family,
You are constantly on our minds as we continue to pray for Seth throughout our days. I’m sure the last week has left you mentally and physically exhausted, but hopefully also a little bit uplifted, as you continue to see all the people rallying around you and lifting you all up to our Lord and Savior who loves you even more than all of the prayer warriors combined. My prayer for you at this particular moment is that you can all rest easy in the Lord this afternoon and into the evening so that you can meet tomorrow with a renewed spirit and strength that only our loving Savior can provide. May Seth’s body continue to rest and heal and also giving thanks for the doctors and nurses who are in charge of his care. You are all so loved.

John 10:28

“I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.” -
the passages I’m praying over Seth and family today
“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:4-7 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. “
Psalm 147:3 -
Heavenly Father,
We come before you today thankful for Seth & the Meyer family. Lord, we ask that you grant healing and give strength to Seth. Father, give the doctors wisdom to know what to do. We know that Your power is made perfect in our weakness Lord. Help us to trust in Your plan and perfect timing! Holy Spirit, rest on us. In Jesus precious name, Amen. -
My favorite verse:
“I waited patiently for the LORD; And he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.”
Psalm 40:1-2 KJVI pray that the Lord continues to hear everyone’s prayers, see Seth, lift him out of this pain and provides a full recovery and complete miracle. I also pray for Ben, his injury, and for his peace. From reading this page, I’m inspired by all the community’s prayers and care for the Meyer family and I trust God sees this all. This reminds me of the verse “Iron sharpeneth iron; So a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.”

Dear Heavenly Father,
You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). In Your kindness, look upon Seth in his critical need of healing, and upon all who care for him. You know every hair on his head (Luke 12:7), and nothing escapes Your loving care.We pray also for the medical teams. Give the doctors, nurses, therapists, technicians, and specialists strength and wisdom as they monitor Seth and care for him. We praise you for giving these providers the vast knowledge and tools and advanced equipment to use —from ventilators, imaging scans, IVs — to every form of technology used to promote healing in Seth’s body. Grant them wisdom and steady hands as they care for him day and night. We also ask You to guide the surgeons, anesthesiologists, and every other professional who may step in to help as needed. In Your mercy, strengthen and guide these servants so they can be instruments of Your healing.
We lift up Seth’s parents, Dave and Darcy, as well as his siblings, Hannah and Ben. Comfort them with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Reassure them of Your unwavering love, reminding them that in Christ, You hold all things together (Colossians 1:17). Renew their hope daily as they wait upon Your perfect will.
Lord, we also remember Ben. Although our attention is rightly on Seth, let us not forget that Ben was also injured in the accident—and needs your healing hand. Free him from worry and grant him patience as he recovers from his injuries. Let the whole family find solace in the promise that nothing can separate us from Your love (Romans 8:38–39).
If it be Your will, grant Seth the miracle of fully restored health. Calm the swelling in his brain and strengthen his lungs. Keep infection at bay and bring clarity to the tests that are being run. Yet, in all things, we humbly submit to Your perfect wisdom, for Your ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9). Remind us that Christ has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows (Isaiah 53:4), so that even in pain, we have hope in Him.
We trust Your hand, O Lord, knowing that You work all things according to Your gracious purpose.
Bless the entire Meyer family with courage, patience, and unwavering faith. In the mighty name of Jesus, our risen Savior, we pray. Amen.
